Where can I find more information about PREI?

Recruiting materials can be obtained from Career Services on your campus or the library at your school. PREI may be scheduled for an information session at your school. Click on "Campus Visits" to view scheduled dates.



Do you sponsor foreign nationals?

As its general practice, Prudential does not employ individuals with F-1 Visa Status, nor does it sponsor individuals for the purpose of obtaining H-1 Visas.



When do you hold interviews for Analyst positions?
  • On campus: PREI will be interviewing from September to December, depending on your school's schedule.
  • Off campus: PREI will interview throughout the course of the year, based on staffing needs.


If PREI does not visit my campus, how do I apply for an Associate or Analyst position?
  • You can create a profile and submit your resume on-line by clicking on Submit Resume



On average, how many people does PREI hire for Analyst positions during the year?
  • Approximately 10-15 Analysts, depending upon staffing needs.


Can I interview for a particular office, or is it a pool?
  • A candidate's geographic preferences are always considered.


What kind of training do you provide?
  • New Analysts complete training with other first-year analysts. This is an intensive one-week program that introduces candidates to the basics of commercial real estate, our organizational structure, and an overview of each PREI department.


Is there a rotation program?
  • There is no formal rotation within PREI. However, as opportunities arise, qualified employees will be considered for positions in other departments or offices.


What is the daily dress code?
  • Business casual. However, when meeting with clients and prospects, business attire is expected.
