John Gregorits leads the Specialized Funds Group at PREI.
Before joining PREI in October 1998, Mr. Gregorits was responsible for the management and disposition of a portfolio of office, hotel, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of Prudential Financial's General Account. Previously, Mr. Gregorits managed a variety of equity and debt portfolios across all property types valued at up to $1.5 billion. He has extensive experience in portfolio and asset management, development, acquisition, sales, leasing and joint venture management and has served with Prudential in various capacities for over thirty years.
Mr. Gregorits currently serves on a variety of industry associations and the Board of Directors of several privately held companies. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Gregorits holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Duke University and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
