Identify a "benchmark" of consumption for stabilized PREI office assets     Energy monitoring pilot programs     Using data and information collected through environmental assessments of more than 200 buildings, PREI's Global Sustainability Committee created a proprietary manual of Sustainable Standard Operating Guidelines© (SSOGs), which take a bottom-line approach to identify efficient solutions for lighting, water, temperature settings, management of vacant space and self-assessments for potential environmental certifications.
