Ken Warman became global chief operating officer for Prudential Real Estate Investors in January of 2013. In this role, Ken oversees the operational aspects of PREI's business, including finance, fund operations, systems, and operational risk management. He serves on the Global Management Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Ken joined PREI in January of 2011 as its Head of Finance, and served as Head of Global Business Management during 2012. Ken spent the prior 13 years serving in various financial positions in Prudential, including leadership roles in Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, Prudential Investments, and Prudential Capital Group. Ken worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLC for five years prior to joining Prudential.
Ken earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ken also serves on non-profit boards for organizations located in Mendham, NJ and Princeton, NJ.
